Job duties:
- Strategize and manage the end-to-end operational logistics of a courier/package delivery company.
- Supervise fleet logistics, ensuring all vehicles are dispatched efficiently and maintained to high standards.
- Administer financial resources, overseeing departmental budgets and strategic asset procurement.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in scheduling and corporate policy.
- Lead talent acquisition and coordinate comprehensive professional development programs for staff.
- Responsible for people and team leadership, customer and client management, compliance and risk management, vendor and partner management, and policy-making.
