Core tasks:

  • Strategic HR management: Responsibility for HR strategy, budget planning, and organizational development in line with corporate goals.
  • Employer branding & corporate culture: Promoting corporate values and strengthening brand identity through training and internal communication.
  • Recruiting & personnel planning: Planning personnel requirements and managing the recruitment process
  • Compensation & benefits: Market analysis, development of salary structures, and benefits analyses
  • Talent development: Establishing a training culture, promoting managers, and implementing targeted training programs.
  • Employee retention & communication: Implementing appreciation and benefits programs, promoting employee satisfaction.
  • Performance management: Supporting feedback processes, conflict management, and clarifying labor law issues.
  • Quality & process management: Ensuring HR-related standards and analyzing key figures (e.g., turnover, absences) as well as developing measures.
Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in a management position – ideally in the luxury hotel industry
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, personnel planning, recruiting, employee development, and compensation systems
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and building a strong corporate culture
  • Ability to act as a sparring partner for managers and guide teams through change processes
  • High level of social competence, discretion, and tact in dealing with people
  • Passion for employer branding, leadership topics, and modern personnel development
  • Confident use of HR systems, KPIs, and digital tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • An inspiring personality with an open, professional, and solution-oriented approach
  • Discretion, empathy, and a high degree of professionalism

The minimum monthly salary (BG1) for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,699.
