Introduction
We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Director - Product Support to lead product support activities across Metso’s High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR) and Dry Grinding Product Group. This is a key global role focused on both capital equipment and service segments, bringing together technology, customer engagement, and strategy to drive the success of Metso’s products and services. As the link between engineering, sales, and market area teams, you’ll strengthen customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the performance of our capital and service offerings within HPGR and Dry Grinding.
