Position Overview Reporting to the VP, Mission, we are hiring a Director, Program Delivery on a 6‑month contract. As the Director, Program Delivery, you will lead the execution and evolution of Parkinson Canada’s national programs, bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to how services are delivered. You will lead a team of managers, collaborate across functions, and ensure programs are accessible, high‑quality, and aligned to community needs. This role is critical in scaling our reach from approximately 5,000 people today to 50,000 in the coming years.
Remote position with occasional travel for in‑person meetings.

Oversight of national programs, translating reach and impact goals into clear plans and execution to support growth.
Bring structure to program operations.
Standardise and evolve program models to improve accessibility, consistency, and quality.
