Summary of Responsibilities
The Director of Retail Finance Operations will be primarily responsible for oversight and control of the credit, funding, customer service, collections, default management, recovery, and remarketing activities within Yamaha Financial Services Retail Finance. Effectively leading the teams and managing critical vendor relationships will be key to success in this role. As a leader of Retail Finance Operations will be expected to bring knowledge and insights to the broader team to help in the long‑term growth and success of the business.
