Job Description

Boll & Branch is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales leader to drive our next wave of growth through new business development in areas such as Hospitality, Trade, and Specialty Retail, while expanding and enhancing our existing wholesale partnerships including Amazon, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, to name a few.

The immediate priority of this role is to drive growth in our hospitality business by leveraging established industry relationships and networks.

The ideal candidate is a proven dealmaker and relationship builder — someone who thrives on finding new opportunities, pitching with purpose, and converting those opportunities into meaningful, lasting partnerships. You're commercially sharp, endlessly curious, and always ready to challenge the status quo. You'll also partner closely with our Brand Marketing and PR teams to ensure every placement and partnership feels brand-right, reinforcing the halo effect of our products in the world's most inspiring spaces.
