In this role, you will:
Partner with the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer to shape and monitor strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Support the development of business plans, technology roadmaps, and performance metrics. Play an active part in developing, tracking and following up on Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators for the group. Manage the relationship with central KPI/KRI reporting functions and ensure that information is transmitted efficiently and accurately in real time. Oversees operational aspects of all required activities for the department including budgeting/ headcount planning / resourcing, business continuity plans etc. Owns reconciliation of the department’s actual spend with budgetary forecasts both internal and at a bank level.Participate in long-range strategy planning, Business roadmap alignment and management ...
