Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preliminary investigations and fact-finding on student incidents
- Conduct interviews with students, staff, and witnesses; review CCTV where required
- Collect statements and prepare structured incident reports for school leaders
- Support follow-up actions and communicate approved outcomes to students
- Conduct restorative and reflection sessions with students involved in discipline cases
- Supervise detention, recess, and event suspension sessions
- Ensure discipline rules are followed during detention periods
- Maintain attendance and behavioural records for all sessions
- Monitor student behaviour during recess and after-school hours
- Patrol school premises (play areas, side gates) to ensure safety and order
- Support any additional student management or administrative duties as assigned
