Job Purpose: The Dispatch Rider is responsible for the swift, safe, and professional delivery of medications, healthcare products, and official documents to our clients and branches. The role plays a critical part in our customer service delivery, ensuring that life-saving medications reach our clients on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Delivery: Promptly pick up and deliver medications, prescriptions, and packages to clients and corporate partners.
Route Mapping: Plan the most efficient delivery routes to ensure quick response times and save on fuel costs.
Package Care & Safety: Handle all items with high care, ensuring that temperature-sensitive or fragile medications are transported safely according to guidelines.
Cash & Payment Handling: Securely collect payments (Cash or Mobile Money) for Cash-on-Delivery orders and accurately reconcile trans...
