SUMMARY
The Dispute Research Supervisor will report directly to the International Cash Applications Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing ECA issues and unreconciled Transactions/Disputes to ensure timely resolution with the highest standards of Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes.
* Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff
* Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators for team.
* Evaluate, approve and report performance activity bi-weekly and periodically.
* Identify and participate in opportunities to streamline processes; including developing, documenting, and communicating policies and procedures
