GENERALFUNCTION
TheDistributionCenterSupervisorisresponsibleforthedirectsupervisionandcoordinationofdistribution,qualityassuranceandinventory.KeyresponsibilitiesincludeleadingdistributionassociatesinmeetingandexceedingtheDistributionCenter(DC)KPIgoalsandobjectivesestablishedforthefacility.
MAJORDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritizesthedailyworkflowtomeetandexceedcustomercommitments.
- Coaches,trains,andleadsateamof25-30distributionassociatestomeetprescribedproductivityandservicegoals.
- Supervisesphysicalfacilities,humanresources,equipmentandproductsinaprofitablemanner.
- Administersandensurescompliancewithcompanypolicies,
- OSHAstandardsandapplicableemploymentlaws
- Establishesproceduresforverificationofdistributionservicesincludingreceiving,orderpicking,storing,shipping,handlingreturns,damagedgoods,maintenance,andadministrativeactivitiestoensurecustomerrequirementsaremet.
