Are you a seasoned leader who thrives on full operational ownership? We are seeking a high-energy Distribution Manager to take the helm of our Surrey facility and on-site team. As the primary decision-maker with no additional management layers on-site, you will be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring every product finds its way to our customers.
The Role
This isn't’t a behind the desk job. You are a hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor while maintaining a bird’s-eye view of operational flow. You will oversee a dedicated team of 18, managing everything from high-level financial forecasting to day-to-day fulfillment.
