District Manager

The Mobile Shop is looking for a driven and dynamic District Manager to lead sales teams, drive operational excellence, and elevate the customer experience across our locations in Alberta South. As a District Manager, you will oversee a group of store locations within your region, managing and mentoring Store Managers and Mobilists (our Sales Associates). You’ll play a key role in achieving sales and profitability targets, while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and service excellence. The Mobile Shop is located in over 200 Loblaw and Loblaw-affiliated stores across the country including Real Canadian Superstore, T&T Supermarket, and others. We offer a fresh and convenient way to shop for wireless products and plans.
