Job Description
As a District Manager, you are motivated by the desire to support and advise franchise stores. You guide your teams according to Freshslice standards, to deliver great customer experiences and drive the growth of all Freshslice stores.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units, in the analysis of gains and losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service.
