District Sales Manager
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Sales Managers.
- Drive sales volume and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coach, develop, and evaluate ASM performance.
- Maintain accountability for in‑store execution with essential customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
