Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist Mission Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, policies, and programs that foster an inclusive workplace, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance with corporate and social responsibility objectives. Key Responsibilities Policies and Procedures Develop, update, and ensure compliance with DEI policies and procedures across the organization. Surveys and Censuses Design and conduct internal surveys and demographic censuses to measure inclusion, equity, and representation, providing actionable insights for leadership. Events and Awareness Programs Organize events, workshops, and campaigns that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the company.
