As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, this role is essential in creating a warm, secure, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for greeting residents and guests, managing building access, and assisting with deliveries, all while ensuring a high standard of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and service providers with a polished and friendly approach.
Oversee building entry points to ensure proper access control and visitor sign-in procedures.
Assist residents with carrying luggage, groceries, and other personal items (up to 50 lbs).
