Position Overview
As the Drafting Department Manager, you will lead the drafting discipline for curtainwall projects, driving quality, continuous improvement, and mentorship for a multidisciplinary drafting team. You are a strategic team builder with the technical ability required to jump into the software and resolve complex challenges alongside your team.
