Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations
- Develop and monitor operational programs (POA)
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and third-party services
- Ensure compliance with well integrity and regulatory requirements
- Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Interface with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in drilling operations
- Strong knowledge of well design, drilling techniques, and well integrity
