Overview

The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for coordinating online order processing and handling product data management on E-commerce platforms with retail customers and accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily online sales operations.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate email communications with customers.
  • Coordinate directly with the Logistics and Operations teams for shipment of orders, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service department when routing claims.
  • Manage the online catalog and product data: enter all product information including prices and imagery, categorize products, and merchandise on site using the backend interface.
