Elevate Samsung’s online presence as the Senior Manager for E-commerce Platforms, managing digital merchandising and marketing strategies for Canadian audiences.
This leader will oversee product launches, refine the shopping journey, and ensure consistency between online platforms and Samsung Experience Stores. As a liaison among various teams, you will enhance the shopping experience while focusing on analytics and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct online content updates and new product launches
• Develop merchandising strategies to boost sales
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement conversion optimization initiatives
• Report on campaign performance and analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 8 years' eCommerce experience
• Retail marketing initiative knowledge
• Hands-on with AEM, analytics, and SEO tools
• Strong strategic and analytic capabilities
