We are seeking a motivated early‑career Engineer or Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) to join our engineering team through a structured rotational development program. The position is designed to provide broad exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and aircraft development functions during the first two years of employment. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and technical specialists, the successful candidate will contribute to new and derivative aircraft design activities while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills across several departments before transitioning into a dedicated functional role.
