What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising mining crews during assigned shifts
- Planning and coordinating daily production, manpower, equipment, and materials
- Championing safety through FLHAs, pre-shift meetings, and active field presence
- Monitoring production targets and adjusting priorities as needed
- Ensuring compliance with HSRC, site rules, and MacKay standards
