Drive growth for MCR Safety in Eastern Canada as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales initiatives across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. Focus on relationship building to enhance customer engagement.
This role requires managing the complete line of MCR Safety and Tingley Rubber products, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales calls and distributor support. As the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will involve sales strategy execution, effective communication, and close collaboration with operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales engagement across assigned territory
• Keep accurate sales activity records in CRM
• Prepare accurate sales communications for distribution
• Attend product training sessions and sales meetings
• Support independent sales representatives and agency growth
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in PPE
• Strong communication and organizational skills
