You will assist with customer service, website merchandising, and general ecommerce administration, gaining hands‑on exposure to how online retail operations function behind the scenes. Customer Experience & Order Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and other support channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product questions, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges.
- Escalate complex cases or sensitive issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Help maintain a high standard of customer experience for our online shoppers.
