About the Role
We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Associate to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Scotch Porter, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day across DTC and Amazon.
Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do.
What You'll Do
Operations and Inventory
- Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC and Amazon
- Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy
