Buckingham Golf Club — Golf Course Superintendent
The Buckingham Golf Club is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Golf Course Superintendent to manage all course maintenance operations and ensure first-class playing conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Board of Directors and oversee maintenance across all areas (greens, tees, fairways, bunkers).
- Supervise a seasonal team of about ten employees and manage the annual budget.
- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance programs to optimize turf health and quality.
- Fertilization and aeration programs; monitor and adjust irrigation; schedule equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with pesticide regulations and safety standards.
