Crossroads Truck & Career Academy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Education Assistant Instructor to join our growing Career Academy team. In this role, you will deliver our 35-week online diploma program, guiding students through the theory and practical knowledge they need to launch a rewarding career supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Instruction:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans for all subjects
- Deliver engaging live online (synchronous) theory instruction for all subjects
- Monitor and enforce attendance requirements throughout the program
