The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving site Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in support of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture. This role requires expertise in hazardous waste and treatment operations, including RCRA compliance, as well as experience responding to CAPAs, delivering effective presentations, and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all site EHS programs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
- Serve as the site subject matter expert for environmental compliance, including RCRA requirements related to hazardous waste handling, treatment operations, inspections, training, record-keeping, and readiness for regulatory audits.
