We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support and drive Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) excellence at our Little Waltham site. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will work closely with operations and leadership teams to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure full compliance with UK legislation and ADM standards.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Health & Environmental Management
Partner with the EHS Centre of Excellence (CoE) to deploy ADM’s SHE strategy with a goal of zero harmDrive behavioural safety culture through effective training and engagement initiativesIdentify training needs and develop structured learning pathways across disciplinesDeliver SHE training programs for employees and contractorsCompliance & Risk Management
