OVERVIEW
The Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for maintaining instrumentation, electrical and control systems in support of plant production, quality, GMP and safety goals. Design and implement changes to instrumentation, electrical and control systems in the plant in support of business objectives.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Propose, design, electrical, controls and manufacturing execution systems in packaging department.Program, Modify, and Update PLC and HMI systems for packaging equipment.Direct scheduled maintenance activities on electrical panels, motor centers, and instrumentation to ensure machines continuous operation.Install, Wire, and Test new electrical control panels, components, and machinery.Lead electrical and instrument projects in packaging department.Read and Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to assist in troubleshooting and repair...
