Electrical Designer

Electrical Designer – Full Time position in Scarborough, Ontario. The role involves designing electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings using AutoCAD and Revit, preparing detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts, and collaborating with project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement the design concept through the preparation of electrical detailed design, production drawings and schematics for industrial, commercial, and/or institutional buildings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Design and prepare layouts and specification for lighting, electrical distribution (single line diagrams), emergency power distribution, fire alarm, wiring diagrams, riser diagrams, cable, and panel schedules.
• Work alongside the project team and Project Manager to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Create technical reports, documentation, calculations, and sketches.
