Electrical Engineer, Senior/Intermediate – Solar & BESS
We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer (Senior/Intermediate) for our office based in Mississauga, ON (this position can be performed anywhere in Canada).
Essential Job Functions
- Lead electrical engineering efforts for utility‑scale solar and lithium‑ion BESS projects from concept (system sizing, layout) through construction.
- Interface with utilities and ISO/RTOs to support interconnection submittals, permitting, and compliance for new renewable and BESS projects.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical engineering deliverables, including single‑line diagrams, protection and control schematics, electrical layouts, equipment specifications, substation designs (34.5 kV to 230 kV+), and MV/HV collector system designs.
