Lumentum Canada is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer/FPGA Designer to join our cutting‑edge development team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will play a crucial role designing, developing, and testing FPGA‑based systems and electrical circuits for our advanced optical metrology sensor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement FPGAs using VHDL/Verilog for high‑speed data processing, control, and communication applications.
- Verify FPGAs using SystemVerilog and object‑oriented methodologies to create a flexible environment and achieve high test‑coverage metrics.
- Develop and optimize electrical circuits for photonics systems, including analog, digital, and mixed‑signal designs.
