Direct manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring volume, quality, and cost goals. Lead and oversee execution of the high‑voltage maintenance program, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Design, implement, and evaluate electrical systems and equipment to support plant operations, coordinating with design team members and developing solutions for potential weak points. Develop and manage capital projects, including budgeting, project scope, specifications, and documentation, while maintaining and updating power distribution system records. Provide expert advice and training on electrical equipment, fostering continuous improvement, reliability, and energy‑saving opportunities.
