Your role
As an Electrolyte Technology Engineer, you’ll own the transition of liquid electrolyte and polymer electrolyte formulations from lab benches to pilot lines and into industrial production. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives solving problems in real time and is excited to build processes that don’t exist yet.
Main functions
Process development & Scale-up:
- Own end-to-end the scale-up of liquid and polymer electrolyte formulations to be handed over to Industrialization Department
- Turn R&D recipes into real, manufacturable processes
- Design, run, and iterate pilot-scale electrolyte production
- Solve scale-dependent challenges in mixing, dissolution, viscosity, moisture control, polymer processing, and impurity management
