General description:
- Analyze products (electrical) with comprehensive and correct analysis results (quality and timing)
- Provide technical support to warranty analysis lab technicians
- Systematic failure overview using warranty analysis database to create analysis troubleshoot guide
- Participate in digitalization projects (plant and QMM projects)
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Product Failure Analysis
- Customer claims analysis (electrical) according to test flow approved by Lead Plant.
- Test equipment SW/HW setup/installation
- Communication with Development team for special analysis/Defect Not Found cases/new equipment
- Continuous technical learning on current and new products
- Detect trends on repetitive failures and report it to customer interfaces
