Summary This position is part of the Defense Microelectronics Activity, Defense Microelectronics Activity. The incumbent serves as a Device Engineer as a key member in the Modeling and Simulation team in support of the DMEA Foundry team. Responsibilities This position is being filled under the memorandum from the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD(P&R)) Expansion of Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense, dated October 15, 2021. As an Electronics Engineer at the NH-0855-2 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as Device Engineer as a key member in the Modeling and Simulation team in support of the DMEA Foundry team. Responsible for the design and optimization of TCAD device simulations to accurately represent next generation SiC and/or Si power device behavior and performance.
