About the Position
We are seeking an experienced engineer in control and automation to join our team focused on the industrialization of electrode production equipment. The role involves guiding the design, implementation, qualification, and optimization of automated systems, collaborating with production, maintenance, and supplier teams, and leading commissioning activities for projects worldwide.
Key Activities / Responsibilities
- Proactively manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects.
- Lead the industrialization of the automated processes involved in the manufacturing of ELYSIS electrodes.
- Coach the team on fundamentals and best practices of control and automation.
- Manage projects involving engineering firms, equipment suppliers, system integrators, and installers to ensure commissioning and proper functioning of equipment per specifications.
