We are looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, retention, and transactional)
Develop and manage email automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, etc.)
Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage
Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers for high‑converting creatives
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, CTAs, timing)
