Penticton Regional Hospital’s Emergency Medicine group is expanding and seeks certified physicians: Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada in Emergency Medicine or Certificate of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (Emergency Medicine). The group consists of 18 physicians, including CCFP‑EM and FP‑EM, who collectively handle approximately 41,000 visits annually with double coverage for most day and evening hours.
Staff enjoy on‑site imaging (CT and MRI), full radiology support, and the hospital’s status as a regional trauma referral centre. The facility also supports collaborative teaching with the University of British Columbia Southern Medical Program, providing opportunities to mentor 4th‑year medical students and Family Practice residents.
Compensation and Benefits
