Job Description
As part of an industry-leading benefits consulting firm, this role is all about making things easier for our clients and their employees. You will help deliver tailored solutions by providing expert advice and access to unique products to meet the various and changing needs of our clients. In this position, you will provide benefits advice to an existing block of clients with the objective of growing that block through internal and external referrals and recognizing new opportunities within the existing client base. This is not a direct sales role, and you will not have a sales target or be responsible for prospecting.
You’ll work closely with our team and carrier partners to deliver thoughtful, consistent service. The goal is simple: help our clients feel confident, supported, and well looked after, so they can focus on what they do best.
This is a relationship-focused role where accuracy, follow-through, and care really matter.
