About the Role Our client, a full-service law firm in North York, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Clerk to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned employment lawyer on a broad range of matters, from contentious employment disputes to advisory work for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review employment agreements, termination letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on employment law issues, including wrongful dismissal, human rights, and workplace policies.
