The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Gas Bar Operations, the Energy Sales Coordinator – Analyst plays a key role in advancing the commercial performance of Red River Co-op’s convenience store network. This position drives revenue growth and retail effectiveness through coordinated product launches, promotion strategy, merchandising optimization, and sales analysis. The role also evaluates competitor activity and market dynamics to uncover opportunities and shape strategies that strengthen Red River Co-op’s competitive position and support sustainable growth.
Essential responsibilities of the position include the following:
• Spend approximately 50% of time in the field supporting convenience store locations through site visits, merchandising execution, promotional setup, and operational coaching.
