Job Description
• Work on new product development project;
• Do all the engineering activities related to new products development such as creating new concepts, designing, testing, analyzing and specifying;
• Do competitors’ benchmark, learn about product applications, analyze testing results;
• Responsible for delivering the product development engineering tasks on quality, cost, and schedule;
• Identify critical product functionality and performance requirements;
• Propose performance improvements and cost reduction in existing products;
• Supported other areas as manufacturing, sourcing, quality, legal, sales and MKT;
• Develop test plans and procedures;
• Built prototypes;
• Support new suppliers’ qualifications.
