Responsibilities
- Managing large projects/processes, with limited oversight from manager.
- Implementing policy and strategy for short-term results.
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
- May manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
- Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of work time on average.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications.
