Duties
- Design building mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
- Prepare and coordinate approvals, tender documents, cost estimates, contract documents, reports and technical memoranda.
- Assess condition of existing equipment. Plan demolition and construction sequencing.
- Perform ventilation, cooling/heating load analysis and piping/duct design.
- Handle air emissions and acoustics matters.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, Revit models and specifications as required.
- Participate in contract administration and inspections of HVAC and plumbing installations where required.
- Perform other duties as appropriate for the position.
