Job Description
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer working on distributed systems in Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
,- 3+ years of experience managing engineers, ideally on small, fast-moving squads
,- Clear communication, a bias toward action, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
,- A track record of building resilient systems and leading teams through scaling challenges
,- Comfortable working in our stack or learning quickly: Java/Python/Go, React, Postgres, AWS, Kubernetes
,- (Desirable) Experience with backend development
