Lead the growth of HDR’s Solid Waste Market Sector team in Canada. The role focuses on managing solid waste planning and engineering projects, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings across Western Canada. Primary Responsibilities
Maintain deep understanding of client technical challenges and package HDR expertise into solutions. Manage waste‑related projects, ensuring quality, risk management, and timely delivery. Collaborate with the Canadian Solid Waste Market Sector team to develop business and marketing initiatives. Identify and develop opportunities to expand services in Western Canada. Provide local support for existing Western Canadian clients and maintain relationships for continued business growth. Champion a quality culture within the sector organization and production teams. Act as client manager for select clients, developing relationships with existing and new contacts. Assist with Western US proje...
