Design Engineer Supervisor
Overview
The Design Engineer Supervisor acts as a hands‑on Design Engineer while overseeing a group of Design Engineers. In addition to the Design Engineer responsibilities, the Supervisor is responsible for distributing workload, measuring throughput and performance, and reviewing and coaching their team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Engineering and liaising continuously with our Sales Consultants, the role contributes to overall company performance by helping us win new business and opportunities while ensuring that designs maximize material yielding and minimize labour steps without sacrificing product protection.
